Brett was very thorough and informative, and he made the scenarios relevant to some of the things we may be faced with in hotels. I have done first aid a few times, and I took more out of today than I have done in previous courses

Camila was the most engaging teacher I have experienced. Everyone was involved and she answered all questions and kept us interested throughout.
Abbey has been very thorough throughout the session today, ensuring that we have understood the content before moving on to the next thing. Having a variety of different resources (a variety of videos, verbal explanations, personal anecdotes) helped with understanding the content also.
Compared to previous first aid courses it was a lot more in-depth and relevant than other courses I’ve done, the instructor was engaging, professional and knowledgeable.
The structure of the course was relaxed and there was lots of opportunities to ask questions and expand on what was being discussed. The practical assessments were great and the provided props for training were very helpful.
Simulated activities made it more realistic than just talking about it. So much better than other first aid training we have had in the past. Really interesting presenter also. Kept people engaged all day.

I liked the good mix of theoretical information combined with practical scenarios and small team scenarios. I also thought the group work kept everyone motivated throughout the course and broke up the seriousness of some of the topics being discussed. Renee was an excellent facilitator able to manage very different perspectives, and occasionally jovial. She really listened and turned every interaction into a positive example.
