Our Courses

The First Responder Tactical Trauma Course (FRTTC) is an intensive 9-hour program designed to equip participants with life-saving first aid skills in high-risk, dynamic environments. Based on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) principles, this course bridges the gap between first aid and tactical medicine, preparing responders to manage trauma injuries, hostile threats, and casualty care under pressure.

In this course, you’ll learn to:

Operate safely in dynamic environments:
- Understand threat zones (cold, warm, hot) and their impact on casualty management
- Learn to assess and respond effectively in high-risk situations
Apply critical life-saving interventions:
- Perform bleeding control techniques (tourniquets, wound packing, pressure dressings)
- Implement airway management and chest trauma treatments in a tactical setting
Identify threats and assess risks:
- Recognise potential threats and evaluate casualty safety
- Understand when and how to move casualties
Deliver tactical casualty care:
- Provide care under fire while maintaining situational awareness
- Conduct casualty extraction and triage in a high-pressure environment
Engage in high-stress, realistic simulations:
- Participate in scenario-based exercises that mimic real-world emergency situations
- Practice making rapid, informed decisions under stress

This course is ideal for first responders, security personnel, and individuals operating in challenging environments, providing them with the confidence and practical experience to respond effectively to trauma incidents under pressure.
