About the Role

Real Response is looking for a remarkable individual with direct experience as a paramedic / medic and rescue experience including rope / high risk rescue. They will be required to work with the training team to develop new course guides and content for an evolving high risk client base. These courses just meet the companies ethos of simulation based education and be compliant with ASQA regulations. Once running, there is opportunity to lead a team of instructors to deliver this training nationally.

The role will involve

1. Delivering first aid and rescue courses predominately in NSW and Vic, (however nationally as required).
2. Developing rescue course guides for specific industries with a simulation based focus
3. Developing a safety framework for these courses
4. Maintaining compliance with ASQA regulations
5. Interstate and occasional international travel

Requirements

1. Paramedical and rescue / special operation / military rescue experience
2. Rope rescue experience
3. Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively as required
4. Exceptional time management skills
5. Creativity/willingness to push boundaries
6. Current police check (or willingness to acquire)
7. Current working with children’s check (or willingness to acquire)
8. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
