The ATTC, recognised worldwide, is an immersive training experience that fuses theory with hands-on practice. Our expert staff, with backgrounds in military, police, paramedicine, and humanitarian sectors, deliver a course that prioritises real-world, practical skills. The ATTC focuses on managing ballistic, penetrating, and blast trauma, along with the application of commercial and improvised tourniquets. You'll learn how to administer airway management to unconscious casualties and perform critical life-saving interventions with limited resources. This course also empowers you to identify threats, work safely within a dynamic environment, and apply learned skills in high-stress scenarios. You'll get to understand the basic principles of triage, practice evacuation techniques, and learn about the importance of the Mechanism of Injury. By the end of this course, you'll be proficient in life-saving skills and ready to respond to emergencies in a hostile or challenging environment. You'll also earn a TECC Level 1 Certificate, recognised by the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC), as testament to your tactical medical response proficiency. The First Responder Tactical Trauma Course (FRTTC) prepares participants to provide first aid in a hostile environment. Following guidelines endorsed by the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), the course covers the theory and practical first aid management of ballistic, penetrating and blast injuries and a range of airway management, bandaging and self-care skills. The training also features realistic re-enactments where participants will have to put their skills to the test in a simulated environment.

The International Medical Preparedness and Assistance Course (IMPAC) is a five-day intensive course designed to prepare you for the realities of working in a low resource and complex environment. The course will take you out of your comfort zone and give you the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of providing aid in a field environment, operating as a team, being aware of different cultural considerations, and the medical skills and knowledge to save a life. Whether you are deploying on an international mission, doing an overnight hike or leading a team into a remote location,  this course will provide you and your team with the knowledge, skills and confidence to react should a  medical emergency occur.
